Discovering 3D Scanning

Discovering 3D Scanning explores the possibilities of 3D scanning technologies and how these applications can but used to expand the practice of artists and making by working between physical and digital spaces. The 3D scans featured in the Space were created by Remai Modern Art Collective members using the Qlone 3D scanning app.

Remai Art Collective members created plasticine forms and soapstone carvings to 3D scan using the Qlone app. 

About the Artists

MNP Remai Modern Art Collective is a free program open to youth aged 14–21. Participants have the opportunity to engage with like-minded arts-oriented peers as well as learn from professionals in the arts sector.
